The Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro launched Operation Desfortuna targeting an illegal online gambling promotion scheme involving influencers. Among those investigated are Bia Miranda, Buarque, Maumau, Gato Preto, Paulina de Ataíde, Paola de Ataíde, and Lorrany Rafael. The operation spans the states of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Minas Gerais. Authorities report that the scheme moved approximately R$4 billion, with influencers generating around R$40 million over two years by promoting illegal casinos on social media. Separately, influencer Felca gained over 2 million Instagram followers after posting a video exposing Hytalo Santos. The video discussing the issue of 'Adultização' has surpassed 50 million views within 24 hours. The singer Anitta liked Felca's video, while an ex-assistant of Hytalo Santos filed a police report against Felca following the video's release. Claudia Leitte also recorded a video addressing Felca's allegations concerning adults using images of minors.
