The registration period for the Programa Universidade para Todos (Prouni) second semester 2025 began on Monday, June 30, and ended on Friday, July 4. The program offers more than 211,000 scholarships, including over 118,000 full scholarships and 93,000 partial scholarships, across 887 private higher education institutions in Brazil. To be eligible, candidates must have completed high school, taken the 2024 National High School Exam (Enem) with a minimum average score of 450 points, and a non-zero essay score. Registrations were conducted exclusively through the Portal Único de Acesso ao Ensino Superior. The results of the first call were released on Monday, July 7, with selected students required to submit documentation to their respective institutions by July 18. Additionally, on July 14, registrations opened for the "Enem dos Professores" and the National Student Performance Exam (Enade). The financing program FIES also started its second-semester registration on July 14, targeting candidates who took the Enem since 2010, with an average score above 450 and family income per person up to three minimum wages.
