The Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC) opened the registration for the second semester of the Programa Universidade para Todos (ProUni) on June 30, 2025. The application period ran until July 4, 2025, with candidates required to register exclusively through the Portal Único de Acesso ao Ensino Superior. To be eligible, applicants must have completed high school and taken the 2024 National High School Exam (Enem), achieving a minimum score of 450 points and a non-zero essay score. ProUni offers more than 211,000 scholarships, including over 118,000 full scholarships and 93,000 partial scholarships, across 887 private higher education institutions and more than 370 courses nationwide. The results of the first selection call were published on July 7, 2025, and are available on the MEC's official portal. Minas Gerais ranked second in the national distribution of available scholarships.
