Additionally, the university will accept 40,000 new students this cycle, a substantial increase from the 10,000 accepted in the first test phase. The application process for enrollment will begin on July 21, 2025, at 8 a.m. PT, following the creation of applications from July 18, 3 p.m. PT to July 21, 7:59 a.m. PT. Admission will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
