Las Vegas Metro Police have been investigating multiple shootings across different parts of the city throughout July 2025. Early reports indicated shootings in the central, northwest, and east valleys. On July 9, a shooting in the southwest Las Vegas Valley involved more than 30 rounds fired, resulting in one man dead. On July 15, a shooting in the northwest valley near an apartment complex left one man dead and another injured, with police attributing the incident to a domestic dispute. Later that day, another shooting inside an east valley home resulted in one man dead and another injured. Authorities have responded with road closures in some areas as investigations continue.
