Los Angeles police have arrested four members of an alleged burglary crew in connection with a series of recent break-ins that included the June 25 ransacking of Brad Pitt’s Los Feliz residence, according to law-enforcement sources. Investigators said the suspects, detained on Aug. 12 in the department’s 77th Division in South Los Angeles, targeted affluent neighborhoods but did not single out the actor. Pitt was in London for the European premiere of his film "F1" when at least three intruders climbed a fence, smashed a window and rummaged through the mid-century house for valuables. Detectives are compiling evidence from multiple incidents before presenting the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney, who will decide on formal charges.
