The Kibera High Court has denied bail to Sarah Wairimu Kamotho, the widow of the late Dutch tycoon Tob Cohen, for the third time in connection with Cohen's murder case. The court cited ongoing concerns about witness intimidation, flight risk, and interference with the crime scene as reasons for the denial. Sarah Wairimu will remain in custody at Lang’ata Women’s Prison until her defense can demonstrate a change in circumstances that would justify bail. Separately, the court has given the Director of Public Prosecutions a final opportunity to present evidence in a Ksh.350 million fraud case.
