According to the British statement, the headquarters is expected to relocate to London after its first year of operation. Command structures for a prospective post-ceasefire force have been agreed, and detailed planning is under way for the mission that would help guarantee any eventual peace settlement. London also confirmed that U.S. officials took part in the coalition’s meeting for the first time, signalling expanded American involvement in shaping the group’s strategy for long-term security assistance to Ukraine.
