The European Union has pledged €2.3 billion in loan guarantees and grants to support the reconstruction of Ukraine. Additionally, the EU has transferred $1.2 billion to Ukraine using profits from frozen Russian assets, contributing to a total of over $18.5 billion received this year from such assets, which are being directed toward rapid recovery projects. Ukraine and the EU have also launched a $117 million military innovation partnership, alongside the establishment of BraveTech EU, the first large-scale technology alliance focused on defense innovation and enhancing European security. Furthermore, Ukraine and the World Bank initiated the $200 million PREPARE Ukraine program aimed at accelerating post-war reconstruction efforts.
