The PGA Tour will return to Trump National Doral next season after a 10-year absence. Doral last hosted a PGA Tour event in 2016, but in 2026, it will be the home of the Miami Championship.

The PGA Tour on Tuesday published its 2026 calendar, headlined by a return to Trump National Doral in South Florida for a new signature tournament, the Miami Championship, scheduled for 30 April–3 May. The limited-field event will carry a $20 million purse and is one of nine elite competitions designated as signature events next season. The last of those, the Travelers Championship, will be played 22–28 June, while all three FedEx Cup Playoff tournaments will be broadcast by CBS. Doral’s Blue Monster course had hosted the Tour every year from 1962 until 2016, when the World Golf Championships event was relocated after sponsor Cadillac withdrew and the circuit distanced itself from then-presidential candidate Donald Trump. In the intervening years the venue served as a stop on the Saudi-backed LIV Golf series, which will not return in 2026. The broader 2026 schedule opens 8 January at Kapalua and places five major or signature events in a six-week spring stretch bracketed by the Masters and the PGA Championship. Aside from minor date shifts and the Mexico Open’s move to the autumn portion of the season, the lineup closely mirrors the 2025 campaign.
