Legendary Entertainment has tapped Indian action star Vidyut Jammwal to play Dhalsim in its forthcoming live-action adaptation of Capcom’s “Street Fighter,” according to Deadline. The role marks Jammwal’s Hollywood debut after leading the "Commando" and "Khuda Haafiz" franchises in India. The film is being directed by "Bad Trip" filmmaker Kitao Sakurai and continues to assemble an ensemble cast drawn from the long-running video-game series. Previously announced actors include Andrew Koji as Ryu, Noah Centineo as Ken, Callina Liang as Chun-Li, David Dastmalchian as M. Bison and Cody Rhodes as Guile, among others. Plot details remain under wraps.
