Club América confirmed the signing of 21-year-old winger Isaías Violante from reigning Liga MX champion Toluca, adding the Mexican prospect to manager André Jardine’s squad ahead of the Campeón de Campeones match, the Leagues Cup and the Apertura 2025 season. Violante, who made 64 first-team appearances for Toluca with seven goals and four assists, becomes one of América’s first reinforcements of the summer window. Financial terms were not disclosed. The move reunites América with a player who featured in Toluca’s title-winning campaign that culminated with victory over the Mexico City club in the Clausura 2025 final. Jardine’s side opens the new league season on 11 July against FC Juárez.
