Other participants included Armando Zúñiga, Vice President of COPARMEX, and Andrés Ponce de León, CEO of Entropía AI, who advocated for a national AI policy. Representatives from Aleatica Global shared insights on intelligent mobility and innovative infrastructure operations. Juan Pablo Eiroa, General Director of Uber Mexico, described the platform's evolution into a comprehensive mobility ecosystem. The forum emphasized the convergence of artificial intelligence, sustainable energy, digital banking, and smart mobility as integral to Mexico's technological advancement. Following the forum, Mexican Secretary Marcelo Ebrard announced at the "MéxicoIA. Inversión Acelerada" conference that Mexico plans to launch its first proprietary artificial intelligence language by November 2025, underscoring AI's role as a key economic driver. The government and private sector are collaborating to position Mexico as a hub for technological investment, innovation, and artificial intelligence, with potential investments reaching up to $9 billion in the coming years. With over 5.3 million university students, Mexico aims to leverage talent and develop an AI ecosystem that integrates into the global data-driven economy.
