Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Ground Forces conducted a major counterterrorism operation in Chabahar, located in southeastern Iran near the Pakistan border, as part of the Martyrs of Security drills. During the operation, six members of terrorist groups, including militants from Jaish Al-Adl, were either killed or captured. The group was reportedly planning attacks in crowded areas of Chabahar. Weapons and explosives were seized during the drills in Sistan and Baluchestan province. Following the operation, clashes continued in the region, resulting in the deaths of three Iranian police officers. Jaish Al-Adl confirmed that five of its militants were killed in the confrontations with Iranian forces. The IRGC described the terrorists as linked to Israel and emphasized the blow dealt to these groups in the southeastern province.
