Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 15 July said it is "following with concern" recent developments in Syria but is encouraged by measures the Syrian government has taken to restore security, preserve civil peace and re-establish state authority across the country, including in the southern province of Sweida. The Kingdom simultaneously condemned what it called Israel’s ongoing "blatant" attacks and interference in Syria, describing the strikes as violations of international law. Riyadh urged the international community to oppose the Israeli actions and to support Syria during the current phase.
