Deftones have announced their tenth studio album titled 'Private Music,' scheduled for release on August 22, 2025. The announcement was accompanied by the release of the lead single, 'My Mind Is a Mountain,' which has also been accompanied by a music video. Following the album release, Deftones plan to embark on a 2026 UK and European tour, with dates to be announced. The new album marks the band's return after a five-year hiatus from releasing new music. Additionally, other artists have announced upcoming albums, including Poliça with 'Dreams Go,' Whitney with 'Small Talk' due in November, Skullcrusher releasing 'And Your Song Is Like A Circle' this fall on the Dirty Hit label, and White Lies announcing their seventh album 'Night Light' also due in November.
