Samsung to Launch Galaxy Watch 8 on July 9 Alongside One UI 8 Alert Centre and Galaxy Experience Events

Samsung has announced the upcoming release of its latest smartwatch, the Galaxy Watch 8, scheduled for July 9, 2025. This launch is part of a broader effort to enhance user experience and device security. Earlier in April, Samsung introduced One UI 7, and the company is now preparing to strengthen platform security further with One UI 8. The new interface will feature a unified privacy and security system, including a new Alert Centre designed to safeguard user data. Samsung is encouraging Galaxy users in the US and Canada to activate five specific One UI 7 features to protect their data against theft. Ahead of the July launch, Samsung is hosting Galaxy Experience events in New York, London, Paris, and Dubai to showcase its innovations, including Galaxy AI and other new technologies.
