The Television Academy on Tuesday released the nominees for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie for the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards. The five-person slate features Cate Blanchett for Apple TV+’s “Disclaimer,” Meghann Fahy for Hulu’s “Sirens,” Rashida Jones for Netflix’s “Black Mirror,” Cristin Milioti for HBO’s “The Penguin” and Michelle Williams for Showtime’s “Dying for Sex.” Winners will be revealed at the Emmy ceremony on Sept. 14, 2025, at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. The broadcast airs live on CBS and streams on Paramount+, with comedian Nate Bargatze set to host.
