HBO has rounded out the Weasley family for its forthcoming Harry Potter television adaptation, unveiling four young actors to play Ron’s siblings. Twins Tristan and Gabriel Harland will portray pranksters Fred and George, Ruari Spooner will take the role of prefect Percy, and Gracie Cochrane has been cast as Ginny. The additions join previously announced leads Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter, Alastair Stout as Ron Weasley and Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger. Filming is under way at Leavesden Studios in England, and the series is scheduled to debut in 2027 on HBO Max. The project, billed as a decade-long retelling of J.K. Rowling’s seven novels, continues to populate its expansive ensemble after earlier signing Paapa Essiedu as Severus Snape, John Lithgow as Albus Dumbledore, Nick Frost as Hagrid and Janet McTeer as Minerva McGonagall.
