Netflix and Ubisoft have set 14 October 2025 for the global premiere of “Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Deathwatch,” an animated adaptation of the long-dormant stealth-action video-game franchise. The streaming platform unveiled the first teaser and key art during the Anime NYC convention, confirming that the eight-episode series is penned by “John Wick” creator Derek Kolstad. Liev Schreiber voices series protagonist Sam Fisher, while Kirby Howell-Baptiste joins the cast as new character Zinnia McKenna. Additional voice talent includes Janet Varney as Anna Grimsdottir and Joel Oulette as Thunder. The show follows a retired Fisher who is drawn back into the field when an injured young operative seeks his help. “Deathwatch” marks the first screen outing for Splinter Cell in more than a decade, expanding Ubisoft’s push to revive the Tom Clancy brand across film and television alongside its planned game remake.
