French President Emmanuel Macron condemned Russia’s latest missile and drone barrage against Kiev, calling the overnight assault “terror” and “barbarity” and pledging France’s continued support for Ukraine. Ukrainian authorities told BFMTV that the strikes, which hit residential districts as well as the offices of the EU delegation and the British Council, left at least 14 people dead and caused significant damage to civilian infrastructure.
