Apple on Monday seeded the seventh developer betas of its entire 2025 operating-system lineup, covering iOS 26, iPadOS 26, macOS 26 (Tahoe), watchOS 26, tvOS 26, visionOS 26 and the companion HomePod Software 26. The latest builds—headed by iOS/iPadOS 23A5326a and macOS 25A5346a—are available to registered developers through the Software Update mechanism. The new round arrives one week after beta 6 and signals that the software is nearing release-candidate status ahead of a public rollout expected this fall. Apple did not list feature changes in the build notes, indicating the update primarily delivers bug fixes and performance refinements as the company moves toward final stabilization. iOS 26 and macOS 26 introduce a system-wide Liquid Glass design language, while watchOS 26 adds an AI-powered Workout Buddy and an expanded Smart Stack. tvOS 26 gains karaoke support using an iPhone as a microphone, and visionOS 26 brings spatial widgets plus enhanced Personas for the Vision Pro headset. Apple is also testing support for 180- and 360-degree video capture as well as compatibility with PSVR 2 controllers in visionOS. All platforms are slated for general availability later in the year.
