Major retailers are rolling out a second wave of markdowns just days after Amazon’s July Prime Day event, extending steep discounts across consumer electronics, home appliances and personal gadgets. On Amazon, accessories remain heavily marked down: the Anker Prime 67W USB-C charger is selling for $34 instead of $59, a UGREEN USB-C hub has fallen to €18.74—cheaper than its Prime Day price—and the SanDisk SSD Plus continues to hover at roughly half price. Bigger-ticket home devices are also being cleared out. The Dreame H12 Pro wet-dry vacuum has dropped 43 % to $255, while Shark’s self-emptying robot vacuum and mop combo is 25 % cheaper at $525. Personal-care and mobile tech promotions persist. Dyson’s Airwrap i.d. multi-styler and Supersonic Nural hair dryer are each $100 off at Amazon and Nordstrom. Nothing’s CMF Watch Pro smartwatch is $39, and Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S9 is 41 % below list, beating its Prime Day price by $110. Competing chains are matching the cuts: Best Buy is advertising sub-$120 Logitech and HP gaming accessories, Walmart has halved prices on electric scooters and patio furniture, and Wayfair is offering office chairs and dressers at up to 75 % off. Outside the U.S., Decathlon has slashed its Riverside 500 E electric bike to €499—nearly a €800 reduction—while Dell’s 14 Plus laptop is $679 after a $420 price cut. The continued promotions suggest retailers are using mid-July flash sales to clear inventory and keep shopper momentum well beyond the official Prime Day window.
