Authorities in Miami-Dade County issued a missing child alert on July 8 for two children, 6-year-old Ivy Mitchell and 10-year-old Devin Mitchell, who were last seen in the area of SW 242 Street and 128 Avenue in Homestead on Monday morning. The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office requested public assistance in locating the children, providing contact numbers 305-596-8176 and 911 for any information. Later that day, authorities announced they had located the two children and ended the search. Additionally, separate searches are ongoing for a 15-year-old girl missing from Southwest Miami-Dade for over a month, a 13-year-old girl reported missing from Fort Lauderdale, and a 59-year-old man missing from Fort Worth, Texas. The Tarrant County Sheriff's Office is also seeking help to find the missing 15-year-old girl.
