Florida authorities issued a Missing Child Alert on Tuesday for 6-year-old Ivy Mitchell and 10-year-old Devin Mitchell Jr., who were last seen Monday in the 12800 block of Southwest 242nd Street in Homestead, Miami-Dade County. Ivy is described as 4 feet 3 inches tall and 100 pounds, wearing a white dress; Devin is 5 feet 5 inches tall and 190 pounds, wearing a black shirt with black-and-white pants. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office are urging anyone with information to call 305-596-8176 or 911. In an unrelated case, the San Antonio Police Department has issued an Endangered Missing Persons Alert for Ashley Carr, a 30-year-old woman with an intellectual disability who was last seen Monday on the 10200 block of Squanto Drive on the city’s northwest side. Carr is 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 195 pounds, and was wearing a black gown and turquoise fanny pack when she disappeared. Authorities ask for tips at 210-207-7660.
