The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow on July 3, 2025, approved over 30 proposals spanning various sectors including infrastructure, employment, and social welfare. Key decisions included the approval of the ₹4,776 crore Agra–Purvanchal Link Expressway and the launch of 27 Integrated Manufacturing and Logistics Clusters (IMLC) aimed at boosting expressway-led economic growth. The cabinet also approved the Uttar Pradesh Rozgar Mission, targeting the creation of 100,000 domestic and up to 30,000 overseas private sector jobs annually. The JPNIC Society was dissolved, with its ₹821 crore hi-tech complex operations transferred to the Lucknow Development Authority for expedited development. Additional approvals involved amendments to transport department rules, housing development, road projects like Gang Canal Road, and a revised cost proposal for the Kanwar Yatra route construction. Efforts to streamline recruitment processes in the Uttar Pradesh Corporation for Information Technology (UPCIT) under the Department of Social Welfare were also discussed and approved. Ministers emphasized the cabinet's commitment to development, women empowerment, and employment generation across the state.
