European missile manufacturer MBDA has supplied critical components used in bombs deployed in Gaza, which have been linked to the deaths of at least 500 people, including 100 children, in 24 verified airstrikes between January and May 2024. According to a joint investigation by The Guardian, Follow the Money, and Disclose NGO, MBDA’s parts are integral to the GBU-39 bombs, produced by Boeing, with wings manufactured at MBDA’s Alabama facility that enable precision targeting. The supply chain involves revenues passing through the UK en route to Israel. The findings have raised concerns about MBDA's role in the conflict and allegations of complicity in war crimes. MBDA is recognized as Europe’s largest missile manufacturer and has reportedly earned millions from sales of these munitions used in Gaza.
