Tramell Tillman, who plays Mr. Milchick on Apple TV+’s drama “Severance,” has been nominated for Supporting Actor in a Drama Series at the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards. The nod makes him the first Black performer ever shortlisted in that category, and a win would mark an historic first. Tillman said he immediately phoned his mother after learning of the nomination and invited her to accompany him to the ceremony as his guest. The 77th Emmys will be broadcast live from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on Sept. 14, 2025.
