The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested Rizwan Ali, also known as Abu Salma or Mola, marking the 11th arrest in the ISIS Pune sleeper module case. Rizwan Ali was a key conspirator involved in IED training, reconnaissance for hideouts, and planning terror activities, and had a reward of ₹3 lakh on his head. He joins ten other accused individuals charged under multiple laws related to terrorism. Separately, the NIA has also apprehended two additional suspects, Bhargob Gogoi and Sumu Gogoi from Dibrugarh, in connection with the recovery of an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted by the ULFA (I) terror group at Dispur Last Gate in Guwahati.
