The incident caused a partial power outage in the Dniprovskyi district. No casualties were reported from this explosion. Ukrainian sources indicated that the Kyiv explosion may have been a targeted strike, as an air raid warning was issued shortly before the blast, although no siren was triggered. Both incidents have heightened concerns about industrial and energy infrastructure security in Ukraine amid ongoing tensions.
