Japanese rights-holders have lined up fresh installments for three popular anime properties within the past week, underscoring continuing investor and fan appetite for established franchises. Bandai Namco Pictures confirmed on 28 June that "I Left My A-Rank Party to Help My Former Students Reach the Dungeon Depths!" will receive a second television season. The announcement followed the broadcast of the first season’s 24th and final episode. A commemorative illustration by character designer Masakazu Yamazaki accompanied the news, but a premiere window was not disclosed. On 3 July, producers said a new season of "Black Clover" is officially in production, marking the shōnen hit’s first long-form return to television since its original run concluded in 2021. Further details on studio, staff or release timing were not given. The same day, the official website for "Monogatari Series: OFF & MONSTER Season" revealed plans for an additional episode. Franchise veteran Akiyuki Simbo will reprise his role as chief director at studio SHAFT with Midori Yoshizawa directing and Fuyashi Tou overseeing scripts. The most recent 14-episode season—which streamed on ABEMA in Japan and on Crunchyroll internationally—wrapped last October; the new episode’s release date remains pending.
