The meeting, chaired by Bihar BJP President Dilip Jaiswal, focused on political resolutions reflecting the party's achievements over the past 11 years and future plans under Singh’s guidance. Senior party leaders including Deputy Chief Ministers Vijay Kumar Sinha and Samrat Choudhary, Union Minister Giriraj Singh, and BJP MPs participated. Rajnath Singh emphasized the meeting as a resolve assembly aimed at leading Bihar and India to new heights. Subsequently, on July 7, 2025, Union Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw visited Bihar, inaugurating construction projects worth over Rs 17 crore at Karpoori Gram Railway Station in Samastipur district. He laid the foundation stone for an underpass and announced plans for a 6-meter-wide foot overbridge and further station development. Vaishnaw highlighted that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, Bihar's railway budget has increased ninefold to Rs 10,000 crore, with more than 33,000 kilometers of new rail lines laid nationally in the past 11 years. He also announced four new Amrit Bharat train services connecting Patna to Delhi, Darbhanga to Lucknow, Malda to Lucknow, and Saharsa to Amritsar, aiming to enhance connectivity and infrastructure in Bihar. Discussions were held to elevate the Samastipur railway division among the top divisions in India by improving asset reliability and operational efficiency.
